When you become my client your goal – whether this is emotional wellbeing, to enhance your relationships, career success, to make a fresh start – becomes my goal.
When we work together, we will start by shining a light on all aspects of your life, exploring both your day-to-day life and the overall reality of your current situation. We are then able to reflect on this and ascertain whether or not your life is giving you what you need for true fulfilment and emotional wellbeing. If not, we will work out how you can change this.
Our focus in this process will be on the practical, positive actions that you can take, so the next stage will be to construct a life-changing coaching program specific to your unique set of circumstances, so that you will have all the help and support you need.

Coaching sessions are conducted via Zoom or phone call. If you live locally (North London) we can also arrange face to face meetings.
All information shared with me will be held in the strictest confidence.
